Please take time to read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order.

Your purchase willbe sent to the address that was given at the time of placing your order, please be sure that all details are correct. Mistakes will mean delays.


All prices are shown in pounds sterling. All of our prices include VAT where it applies. Delivery payments may apply. Time to time beeniebuds&co Ltd will reduced prices for sales and promotions this is only valid for a specified period. All Major credits and debit cards are accepted, you are not required to have anaccount with Paypal when completing your payment.


All orders made will require a signature. Please note that these delivery days is based onUK post office estimates; beeniebuds&co Ltd cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed because ofevents outside of our control.


All packages are sent with Royal Mail and are based upon weight.

We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours of receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.

Orders should be received within 2 weeks. All our prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.


All orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. beeniebuds&co Ltd have no control over the import duties and taxes and you are the solely responsible for payments and import duties when you receive the package. For more information please contact your local customs office for further information.

Only a limited amount of countries are available for delivery. Please check when ordering if your countries can be selected for delivery. If you cannot find your country on the drop down list please contact us at:

*All of our items are sent via a recorded service with a tracking number (even our standard delivery option) for peace of mind.

We try to make ALL of our packaging as environmentally and ethically friendly as possible. So whenever we can we recycle our delivery packaging. Don’t worry your purchase will be nicely wrap with acid free tissue paper and sealed with a fun beeniebuds&co sticker!

If you change your mind or something is not quite right you can request a refund to the same credit or debit card it was purchased on. You must ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving to you.

All products must be unworn / unused with all tags and labels intact. beeniebuds&co Ltd regrets that we cannot accept returns for goods that are not in perfect condition.

Please ensure that you follow the notes below within 14 days of purchase to obtain your refund*.

Contact us via our contact page to receive a returns form to fill out. You will be responsible for paying any postage or packaging charges, which are incurred when you return the goods, back to us. We recommend that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the returns. We cannot take any responsibility for lost items. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving your returned item, please ensure all details are correct before sending your return item(s). Please note* If you have purchased a sale item(s) then you must post back the item within 8 working days. International customers 14 working days.


Our exchanges are treated as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange to us (please read terms above) and proceed with a newpurchase online. You will be credited for your returned item(s) via your original method of payment once they arrive back to us.


In addition to our returns policy the seven day cooling - off period applies. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel. Your statutory rights are not affected byour returns policy.
